Non-repudiation of payment
By making use of this site, you agree to the terms and conditions in this site and commit to the purchase and payment of items purchased. It is entirely at the discretion of the company whether to allow order cancellations depending on if stock has been reserved or not. An order cancellation fee of 15% of the value of your order may be levied. The company reserves the right to report non-payers to ITC and any other bureaus of similar functionality and revoke all access to membership and shopping areas.
Credit Card Payments
Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into our account, the details of which are provided below.
Credit card transactions will be acquired via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Due to high incidences of credit card fraud, if you are a first time buyer paying by credit card and your order is over R500.00 the company reserves the right (by law) to request the following:
- A letter of authorisation with two contact telephone numbers, signed by the card holder allowing us to debit your card (faxed to 0865 021 060);
- A faxed copy of the front and back of the credit card;
- A faxed copy of the cardholders ID;
Once these documents have been received and authorisation obtained from your bank, we will then process your order. Please note that failure to provide this documentation on request from the company will lead to lengthy delays in the processing and shipment of your order. The information we receive from these documents will be protected by our Privacy Statement in this document. We apologise for this inconvenience.
Bank deposits and bank transfers
For bank transfers and internet transfers, kindly allow 2-3 days for the payment to reflect on the company’s bank statement, as often these payments do not reflect immediately. For cheque deposits, allow 5-7 working days for your cheque to clear. Our banking details are as follows:

You can access our website home page and browse our site without disclosing your personal data, but if you do give us your personal details, you are accepting these terms. Registration enables you to speed up the ordering process; however, you do not have to register with us until you choose to order.
How will we use your details?
Our offers: Once you have purchased with us, we would like to send you product updates, our latest information and special offers. If you would like to receive notification of specials and such like please add your name to our newsletter subscription box on the home page of our site. Alternatively you can always e-mail us with your details and mailing preferences. We may also use your information to manage your purchases such as sending a confirmatory e-mail and your card payments for goods you buy from us and also to deliver the goods to you, or we might give your details to our carrier if they deliver on our behalf. Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on "submit" or “make payment” on the final page of our ordering process.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order
If you have supplied us with your e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and e-mail you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.
Gift Wrapping
We are unable to offer a gift wrapping service at present.

Site, shop and forum membership
The Company reserves the right to discontinue your membership to the shopping cart, forums and newsletter subscriptions at any time.
Exclusions
- We will not consider order collections at our premises under any circumstances.
- All items will be delivered via a national carrier to a shipping address of your choice.
- Should you be returning items, you will need to arrange appropriate shipping.
- We do not accept credit cards for international orders.
- We do not accept responsibility for incorrectly provided shipping addresses.
- Gift vouchers cannot be applied toward reduced shipping rates.
- We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
